At A.Kjærbede, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new sunglasses. If they are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sunglasses in their original protective packaging and case to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
